**What You’ll Do:**

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat adult clients in home and community\-based settings
• Provide education and training to families, caregivers, and care teams
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation and required trainings in a timely manner

**What You Bring:**

• Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Montana
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• A passion for functional, client\-centered care
