Location: New York City (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 + Equity

The Role

You will be a key member of the product engineering team, building and improving customer-facing web applications that sit at the core of the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing modern, scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Working closely with Product and Design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Building complex stateful and event-driven applications
• Driving frontend best practices across performance, testing, accessibility, and maintainability
• Collaborating with backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Taking ownership of features and projects from design through to launch
• Contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions

Your Skills & Experience:

• Strong commercial experience building frontend applications with React
• Experience developing scalable web applications in a product-focused environment
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend architecture
• Experience working with state management and complex user workflows
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and frontend quality standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building great products
