We're conducting a confidential search for a Data Engineer to join a highly collaborative and data-driven team based in Austin, TX. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to accelerate their growth, gain exposure to modern data platforms, and work on high-impact initiatives that directly support business decision-making.

If you have a strong foundation in Python and SQL, enjoy solving complex data challenges, and want to build scalable data solutions in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect. Experience with dbt is highly preferred but not required. The role focuses heavily on developing, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines, transformations, data models, and data quality processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and transformations that support analytics and business reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions.
• Improve data quality, monitoring, validation, and operational processes.
• Contribute to a growing enterprise data platform and modern data engineering practices.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and

SQL

• Experience building or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines
• Exposure to data modeling and analytics environments
• dbt experience is a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Location & Compensation

Austin, TX

(4 days onsite per week)

Base salary up to $180,000 + 10% bonus

Desired Skills and Experience
