Harness Group is seeking an experienced

Estimator / Technology Project Manager

to lead technology projects from initial scope through successful completion.

This role combines project estimation, client consultation, planning, procurement coordination, and project leadership. You'll work directly with clients, engineers, vendors, and leadership to deliver infrastructure upgrades, Microsoft 365 projects, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud migrations, AI adoption projects, device deployments, and business technology improvements.

What You'll Do

• Create project scopes, budgets, estimates, and proposals
• Lead technology projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate engineers, vendors, procurement, and client stakeholders
• Build project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and change requests
• Conduct project kickoffs, status meetings, and client reviews
• Oversee hardware procurement, licensing, shipping, and deployment logistics
• Translate technical solutions into clear business value for clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and standardize execution

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of project management, estimation, service delivery, MSP, consulting, or technology operations experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Client-facing experience with professional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required
• MSP, technology consulting, engineering, construction, or professional services experience
• Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure experience
• Familiarity with ConnectWise, project management platforms, quoting systems, or PSA tools
• Experience managing technology deployments, upgrades, migrations, or business transformation initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

You are equally comfortable building a project estimate, leading a client meeting, coordinating technical resources, and keeping a project on track.

You excel at creating order out of complexity, communicating clearly, solving problems proactively, and ensuring commitments become completed outcomes.
