About this role
60-Minute, One-on-One Care | 25–30 Patients Per Week | Full-Time Salary Starting at $100,000
Practice pelvic health with the time and support you need.
At Centerline Pelvic Health, we’ve intentionally built our practice around exceptional patient care and clinician well-being. That means 60-minute, one-on-one appointments, a sustainable caseload of approximately 25–30 patients per week for a full-time therapist, and paid time for documentation, team meetings and mentorship.
Centerline is a PT-owned boutique pelvic health practice in Bannockburn on Chicago’s North Shore. Founded by a pelvic health physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience, we opened in April 2026 with a commitment to personal, compassionate and individualized care.
We’re looking for an experienced pelvic health physical therapist who wants to bring their skills, contribute their ideas and help shape a growing practice where clinicians feel valued and heard.
About the Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Role
You’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-based pelvic health care in a private outpatient setting where you’ll have the time to build meaningful relationships with your patients. You’ll work alongside experienced pelvic health therapists while collaborating with other wellness professionals who share a holistic approach to health and healing.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled internal and external pelvic floor assessments, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, bladder and bowel health, lifestyle modifications, pain management and long-term self-management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical presentation and patient goals.
- Maintain timely, accurate and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical discussions, quality improvement initiatives and practice development.
- Create a warm, supportive and inclusive environment where patients feel safe, heard and empowered throughout their care.
Why Centerline?

- Paid time beyond patient visits: Documentation, team meetings and mentorship are part of your paid workday.
- Clinical collaboration: Work alongside pelvic health PTs and OTs, with opportunities to discuss cases, exchange ideas and continue developing your skills.
- Administrative support: Support for scheduling, billing and insurance verification so you can focus on patient care.
- Room to contribute and grow: Bring your ideas and have a voice in the development of our practice.
- A thoughtfully designed space: Five private treatment rooms and a dedicated rehabilitation gym with Pilates reformers and therapeutic exercise equipment.
- A holistic approach to care: Collaborate with wellness providers offering massage, Reiki and functional health services, with a dedicated movement room for yoga and Pilates
- Tools that support your work: Prompt EMR with pelvic health-specific documentation templates.
