The following statements reflect the general duties, responsibilities and competencies considered necessary to perform the essential functions of the job and should not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements of this position. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **IT Operations Management*** Oversee IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, telephony, and end\-user support.
- Ensure maximum up\-time and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
- Manage IT related disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
**Team Leadership:*** Provide leadership, mentor, and supervise the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Oversee the day\-to\-day activities of the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Demonstrates a hands\-on leadership approach, with the ability to transition from strategic planning and team management to direct technical execution when business needs require.
**Technical Expertise:*** Serve as the lead technician, providing technical support and expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IT to recommend and implement innovative solutions. Coordinate any/all changes with Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- Employ a proactive IT approach through continuous monitoring, preventive maintenance, and issue prevention to minimize issues and enhance reliability.
**Project Management:*** Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget and communicate changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs, coordinate with Harmony Executives and MSP.
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Manage budgets, timelines and resources.
**Vendor Management:*** Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that provide business value and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Develop and manage IT budgets across sites and various programs.
**Strategic Planning:*** Develop and execute an organizational IT strategic roadmap, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals and long\-term growth objectives. . Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.
**Communications*** Serve as the primary liaison between IT and leadership, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions.
- Communicate technology strategies, project updates and performance metrics to executive leadership.
**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of networking design and security concepts for LAN, WAN, and Wi\-Fi.
- VOIP Telephony including call center support.
- Proven experience as an IT manager or lead technician in a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience with enterprise software support in a large environment.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Must have the ability to travel to other sites as needed
- Previous healthcare experience a plus
