**The Opportunity**
As a PRN **Physical Therapist**, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing physical therapy evaluations and screenings
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support recovery and mobility
- Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance
- Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting care plans as needed
- Duties as assigned
**What You Must Have**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An active **Physical Therapist** license in the state of Georgia (Required)
