HR Coordinator - Full Time (Beaumont/Lake Charles)

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Human Resource Coordinator position in the Beaumont/Lake Charles area.

Job Description

The HR Coordinator is an entry level position which supports and partners with Regional HR Business Partners and Hospice Administrators to improve the organization’s overall efficiency through assisting in the implementation of various HR systems and processes. The HR Coordinator will facilitate daily HR functions of multiple agency sites within Harbor Healthcare System.

Daily activities will include collaborating across teams to coordinate a variety of people initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Must be organized, detail-orientated, and efficient
• Participate in data collection and assembly for reports
• Facilitate communication between site location(s) and corporate
• Accurate file maintenance
• Actively participate in department committees/group meetings
• 3+ years experience in human resources - required
• Experience working in the healthcare field - preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background and drug screen
