Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

Hanover Hill Health Care Center is currently interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for per diem hours with availability during the weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and deliver a high quality of therapy services to patients upon physician referral.
• Communicate and coordinate program with the patient and members of their care team, and other departments as needed.
• Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, including all disciplines.

Education Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university and hold a currentvalid professional license in New Hampshire.
• One year of experience as an occupational therapist in a health care setting preferred.
