If you’re ready to ditch the chaos of tax season in favor of proactive financial planning and long-term client relationships, this is the role for you.

You bring:

• A CPA designation
• Three to five years of experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person and in writing

We’ll teach you our technology.

What you’ll do

Tax planning is part of every plan we build. As the CPA on our team, you bring depth and focus to it. Your work is with clients: the high net worth families we serve today, and the ones who join us next.

You build those relationships over years.

The work includes:

• Reviewing client tax returns
• Entering client data into CS Planner
• Answering clients’ tax questions by email
• Bringing tax planning input to the team

The role will grow with you. We develop people around their strengths, so you spend more of your time on the work you’re great at and love to do.

You’ll work out of our Warrenton office, with clients across Northern Virginia, DC, and the country.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
