Fullstack Engineer
Hampton North is partnering with a Series A cybersecurity startup tackling human risk, the biggest driver of enterprise breaches. Their agentic platform analyzes employee behavior and delivers real-time interventions to turn people into a layer of defense instead of the weakest link. Backed by top-tier VCs and founded by experienced security operators, they're growing fast.

San Francisco (3 days onsite)
Salary:
$170-230k base + Equity
What you'll be doing..
- Build high-quality, responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, and modern web tech
- Own features end-to-end, including backend logic and data layers when needed
- Collaborate with design and product to turn ideas into customer-ready experiences
- Engage with early users, learn from feedback, and iterate quickly
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews, shared ownership, and mentorship
- Ship production-grade code quickly and thoughtfully, balancing quality and speed
And what you'll need..
- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping full stack or frontend-heavy applications
- Startup experience
- Strong fluency with React, Next.js (or similar frameworks), and frontend fundamentals
- Experience implementing backend logic and persistence, ideally with Django or similar
- Familiar with TypeScript and GraphQL (or excited to grow into them)
- Proven ability to take features from concept to production independently
- Customer-obsessed, you care that your work solves real problems for real users
- Thoughtful about UX and usability, and ask good product questions
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Continuously raise the bar, for yourself, your peers, and the product
