This is a temporary position

QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years construction related accounting experience

· Sage 300 CRE knowledge desired

· Adobe, MS Office and Outlook experience required

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Detail oriented and the ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues

· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.

· Team player, always willing to learn and take on new challenges

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· A/P, A/R, contract administration, bi-weekly payroll

· Preliminary notice filings and obtain lien releases

· Communicate effectively with customers and vendors

· Compile special accounting spreadsheets to analyze expenses and trends

· Job cost, verify and maintain project budgets

· Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

· Assists with work-order preparation and coordination

· Maintain excel spreadsheets and supporting financial documentation

· Processes and maintains credit card transactions and accounts including reconciling

· Reviews reports and checks for accuracy

· Matches invoice to purchase order and/or other supporting documents for accuracy

· Reconciles vendor differences and disputes

EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
