Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with critical care experience to provide dedicated 1:1 or 1:2 clinical care for pediatric patients.

This is an exceptionally rewarding, fun, and engaging role where you get to be a true companion and advocate for your patient. Depending on the patient's health plan, you will meet them at their home, ride the school bus alongside them while managing necessary medical equipment, and spend the school day interacting, playing, and sharing wonderful moments together while keeping them medically safe.

Skills & Competencies

• Critical Care Clinical Skills: Expertise in managing complex medical needs.
• Warm & Interactive Engagement: Ability to bring a fun, playful, and deeply personable energy—interacting actively with patients rather than providing passive bedside monitoring.
• Transit & Equipment Management: Comfort and skill in managing and hauling medical equipment while traveling to homes and riding school buses.
• Clear Communication: Friendly and open communication style with guardians, school staff, and our supportive management team.
• Reliability & Adaptability: Reliable transportation for travel in and around Riverton, plus the flexibility to cover occasional shifts and attend team training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Critical care nursing experience required; pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• A genuinely warm, fun, and attentive personality with a passion for pediatric care.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
