Endeavor Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced clinician or new graduate who wants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and clinical needs
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to support continuity of care and positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
