About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including those related to injury, surgery, and chronic disease. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient recovery, improve function, and enhance overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify physical impairments and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement
• Stay current with evidence-based practice and industry developments through ongoing education and training
