Job Description

Greenbelt Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic practice in Greenbelt, Maryland. The position is available with a 3-month, 6-month, or one-year agreement.

You will help patients recover from orthopedic conditions through individualized, evidence-based care. This role combines hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to help patients improve mobility, regain function, and return to their daily activities.

Eligible candidates may receive up to $6,500 in total incentives, including a sign-on bonus.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery.
• Develop home exercise programs and educate patients on symptom management and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Complete accurate and timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and skills in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient education skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, individualized care and continued professional development.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapist license in the State of Maryland (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Greenbelt, MD 20770: Relocate before starting work (Required)
