Organize daily tasks, recurring client deliverables, and secure communications through our Karbon practice management platform.

Client Responsiveness

Maintain high communication standards, honoring our firm-wide 24-hour response commitment and keeping cameras on for virtual client sessions. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in general bookkeeping, payroll processing, and sales tax compliance.

Credentials

Active CPA or EA, or actively pursuing a CPA or EA designation. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Client-First Orientation

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for partnering with business owners; comfortable acting as the direct line of communication.

Software Proficiency

Strong practical proficiency driving workflows in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Familiarity with Karbon, Excel, and modern accounting apps is highly preferred.

Dedication to keeping books clean, compliant, and continuously updated. Compensation, Benefits & Schedule Base Compensation: Starting at $50,000, commensurate with experience and active credentials.

4-Day Workweek Schedule: Enjoy a compressed 4-day workweek outside of business season (May 16 – Dec 31), delivering 30+ three-day weekends each year (the designated Greenville office day off will be Monday or Friday; standard 5-day week applies Jan 1 – May 15). Retirement Match: 401(k) program with 100% firm match on the first 3% contributed, plus 50% on the next 2%.

Professional Support
