Account Manager / Delivery Driver

Account Manager Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for maintaining a route of past due customers
• Meeting daily & weekly collection standards of the business
• Ensuring that past due balances owed to the company are paid in a timely manner consistent with daily/weekly standards
• Daily calls & field visits to past due customers
• Reviewing & discussing customer payment histories
• Assisting with receiving & showroom set up

Delivery Driver Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Delivery and/or Return of merchandise to/from customer homes
• Build NEW product for store set up
• Refurbish returned merchandise and build NEW product for store set up
• Set out marketing material for store such as flyers
• Loading & unloading of delivery trucks
• Assisting the Account Manager when necessary

All duties are expected to be done in a professional manner while exemplifying the customer service standards set forth by Great Rooms

Must be willing to work Saturdays.

Rent to own experience preferred but not necessary. Will train. Must be 21 w/ valid DL, Pass Background and motor vehicle record check, and pass drug test.
