We are looking for an experienced Senior/Staff Accountant to deliver quality tax services. You must have at least 3-7 years of relevant experience. Salary - $70k - $90k depending on experience.

There is plenty of room for advancement for the correct candidate. We are a full-service accounting firm that seeks to provide the utmost customer service and expertise to our clients while maintaining integrity and working together as a team in all aspects. Our team works hard during tax season and has much more flexible and laid-back approach for the remainder of the year.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and review of individual and business tax returns
• Support multiple clients of varying size and complexity
• Providing innovative tax planning while reviewing business and individual income tax returns
• Proactively interact and communicate with clients to gather information and to provide superior client service

Functional/Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• CPA / EA is preferred but not required
• Be a team player
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary, knowledge of debits and credits however, is a must.
• Financial statement experience is a plus but the tax aspect is most important for this role
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
