As a Product Manager at Graphite, you will own a defined area of our product end-to-end: setting its direction, deciding what gets built, and making sure it delivers measurable value to customers after it ships. You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to turn customer needs and business goals into a clear roadmap and well-defined requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, keeping it aligned with company goals and regularly reporting progress, performance, and risks to the Head of Product and executive staff.

  • Customer & Market Discovery:

Conduct regular interviews with customers, sales, and customer success teams to uncover pain points; analyze competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes to shape product positioning.

  • Requirements & Prioritization:

Translate business and user needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize the backlog based on value, impact, and effort while explaining trade-offs to stakeholders.

  • Hands-on Delivery & Prototyping:

Partner with engineering and design through discovery, delivery, and release; build wireframes, mockups, and workflow designs, and configure the application to prototype solutions.

  • Quality Assurance & Launch:

Write test scenarios, perform QA against acceptance criteria prior to launch, and coordinate launches with cross-functional teams, including release notes, sales enablement, and escalated support decisions.

  • Metrics & Analytics:

Define success metrics, track adoption and outcomes post-launch, and continuously iterate based on data insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ‍

Product Experience:

Proven track record (3+ years) of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company, owning feature areas from discovery through launch.

  • Agile & Technical Literacy:

Experience working in agile environments alongside engineering and design, with the ability to discuss APIs, data models, and system design.

  • Hands-on Tooling:

Direct experience with product design (wireframes/mockups), software configuration, release testing, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Claude Code, or analytics platforms.

  • Customer Empathy:

Demonstrated ability to run customer interviews, analyze usage data, and translate feedback and metrics into actionable product decisions.

‍

  • Domain Knowledge (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with supplier management, procurement, onboarding, compliance software, enterprise data, or configurable platforms.

BENEFITS

We offer competitive compensation, stock options, a bonus plan, and a benefits package. We are a scrappy and experienced team that enjoys working collaboratively and welcomes the knowledge, experience, and contribution each team member brings.
