About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Grand River Healthcare, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatment plans
• Assessing and monitoring resident conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educating residents and their families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans in conjunction with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development opportunities

Requirements:
