This contract Physical Therapist role offers an opportunity to provide outpatient care focusing on orthopedic and work-related injuries. You will work Monday through Friday with a supportive team, engaging in patient-centered care and collaborating with workplace safety stakeholders. The role includes opportunities for professional development and contributing to health promotion programs.

Key Responsibilities

Treat orthopedic and work-related injuries primarily in an outpatient setting Develop treatment plans based on current physical therapy research, clinical reasoning, and patient values Promote direct access to physical therapy services and practice at highest skill level Participate in health center and patient care meetings, and maintain thorough documentation and reporting Engage in continuing competence activities such as peer review and presentations Collaborate with stakeholders including safety officers, ergonomists, and human resources to promote workplace safety Support positive behavior change beyond clinical settings Assist with injury prevention and health promotion presentations and workshops for onsite employees.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with holiday closures on November 11, 26, and 27. Flexible orientation and training days prior to start date.
