Consumer Financial Services Litigation - Senior Attorney

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified remote senior attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its defense-side litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a high volume of cases and negotiating settlements.

Candidates should have strong legal research, writing, and case-management skills, as well as the ability to manage competing deadlines and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues. Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), federal court litigation, and/or plaintiff-side practice is helpful but not required.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials, comparable law firm or litigation experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission in at least one of the following states is required: Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, or Texas.

The target salary range for this position is commensurate with relevant experience: $125,000 to $245,000.
