Role: Business Analyst - Curam Client: DC Government Location : Washington, DC (Hybrid) Job Description:

Responsibilities

• 1.
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• 2.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications.
• 3.
• Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100.00 - $105.00 per hour

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent : 4 years (Preferred)
• 16yrs. MS Office/PowerPoint : 10 years (Preferred)
• PMP or equivalent Program/Project Management Certification: 4 years (Preferred)
• 16yrs BA exp: 10 years (Preferred)
• 16yrs Software Development Lifecycle: 10 years (Preferred)
• writing functional, technical and performance requirements: 5 years (Preferred)
• Data Analysis Tools and Technologies: 5 years (Preferred)
• Curam Data Dictionary.: 5 years (Preferred)
• producing deliverable quality documents.: 4 years (Preferred)
• Professional exp. With Curam software V6 or higher.: 3 years (Preferred)
• PM experience in Change and Release management : 2 years (Preferred)
• Microstrategy, HP Exstream, Tableau, Curam, JIRA : 2 years (Preferred)
