  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Estimate project costs and developing departmental budgets
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, PLC, and drive system issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Staying current on machinery recalls, safety guidelines and evolving industry standards
  • Collaborate with converting leads and supervisors to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation
  • Manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts ordering, tracking, and optimization of stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians and operators

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field required)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across operations and maintenance teams.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and parts management.

Your technical expertise will drive our manufacturing success while providing opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment committed to safety and innovation.
