SDET Engineer I (Junior)

Job Summary:

We are seeking Junior SDET Engineers to support automation and validation activities for OTA and subsystem testing environments. The role involves executing automated/manual testing, developing Python automation, supporting test environments, analyzing results, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute automated and manual validation activities.
• Develop and maintain Python-based test automation scripts.
• Support test environment readiness and defect reproduction.
• Analyze logs and document test results, defects, and findings.
• Create technical documentation and test evidence.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation coverage and test efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of software testing, automation, validation, or quality engineering experience.
• Experience in automotive, embedded systems, connected vehicles, telecommunications, aerospace, medical devices, or similar environments.
• Exposure to OTA, ECU, embedded software, or connected vehicle testing preferred.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
