Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze BMS system and software requirements and derive verification criteria and test cases.
  • Develop and maintain system test specifications, procedures, and reports.
  • Perform functional testing of BMS features including cell voltage monitoring, SoC, SoH, SoP, battery protection, and charging/discharging functions.
  • Perform ECU and system-level testing using HIL/SIL environments.
  • Validate BMS behavior under normal, boundary, and fault conditions.
  • Perform fault-injection testing including sensor faults, communication failures, and electrical faults.
  • Test vehicle communication through CAN/CAN FD.
  • Perform UDS diagnostic testing, including DTC validation and diagnostic services.
  • Analyze CAN logs, diagnostic traces, and test results to identify root causes.
  • Automate BMS test cases where applicable.
  • Maintain bidirectional traceability between system requirements and test cases.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, test reviews, and issue-resolution discussions.
  • Support test coverage analysis and release/readiness reporting.
