**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled **Physical Therapist** (Per Diem) to join our Miami team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care and rehabilitation services. The focus will be on patients of all ages, from children to the elderly, aiming to enhance their functionality and quality of life.

**Responsibilities:**

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tools and methodologies.
• Design **personalized treatment plans** based on individual patient needs and capabilities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs to enhance patients’ functional abilities, with routine reassessments and adjustments as needed.
• Apply a wide range of therapeutic techniques including exercise, passive and active stretching, gait analysis, and gait training.
• Utilize cutting\-edge **robotic and diagnostic tools** to support neurorehabilitation efforts and track patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use of assistive devices, orthotics, and prosthetics to improve daily living and mobility.
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using clinic\-approved systems and forms.
• Monitor and guarantee full compliance with regulatory requirements, clinic standards, and protocols within the scope of responsibility.
• Actively participate in clinic\-led professional development programs and contribute to continuous learning initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with a **multidisciplinary team** including neurologists, therapists, and technicians to ensure a holistic and patient\-centered approach to care.

**Requirements:**

• Degree in **Physical Therapy** from an accredited institution.
• **Licensed Physical Therapist** in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain licensure).
• Minimum of **2 years' experience** in physical therapy; prior experience in **neurological rehabilitation,** or **pediatrics,** is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and a proactive mindset.
