About the Opportunity:

Gigafest is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead card product strategy at a leading fintech company. You'll shape digital experiences for millions of cardholders, drive innovation across consumer-facing platforms, and define product roadmaps that transform how customers manage credit and payments.

This is a high-impact role where your strategic thinking and execution excellence directly influence millions of users.

You'll work on specialized card teams focused on building scalable, data-driven, customer-centric solutions. Whether optimizing Discover integration for 30M+ cardholders, driving personalized offer experiences, powering financial management tools for 65M+ users, or modernizing core systems, your role combines business strategy with technology innovation to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end product strategy for card programs serving millions of customers
• Define product vision and roadmap for specialized card teams across multiple business lines
• Drive data-driven decision making to optimize customer experiences and business outcomes
• Translate business strategy and market analysis into compelling consumer-facing digital products
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) to deliver game-changing features
• Identify and resolve complex product problems while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive innovation
• Support product launches and measure impact through comprehensive analytics and metrics

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, related field) OR Business/Marketing
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field plus 4+ years of direct Product Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
• Experience with data-driven decision making and metrics-driven product development
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in card programs, payments, lending, or fintech
• Background in consumer digital product development and mobile apps
• Knowledge of financial services compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with AI/ML integration in product experiences
• Track record of launching products that drove significant business impact
• Understanding of digital banking and financial management platforms

Salary: Competitive (DOE) - $200,700–$229,100 range by location
