Pharmacy Operations Manager – Geriscript Pharmacy of Maryland

Geriscript Pharmacy of Maryland, a growing long-term care pharmacy, is seeking an experienced licensed Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Operations Manager. This position oversees daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflows, accurate and timely medication services, and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the long-term care pharmacy.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and coordinate workflow to ensure accurate and timely prescription processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack to oversee prescription processing and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, facility staff, and internal teams to address operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy processes, efficiency, and service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist with an active license.
• At least 5 years of long-term care pharmacy experience is required.
• Knowledge of FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality patient care and pharmacy excellence.
