Duration: Long Term Contract – 1–2 Years

Job Overview

• Lead the

IT workstream for a new warehouse implementation

in Gloucester, MA, supporting an equipment manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation of warehouse technology and systems.
• Manage project execution, milestones, dependencies, financials, risks, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the key IT coordination point between

SAP, Infrastructure, Business teams, vendors, and other delivery partners

.

Required Experience

• Experience managing

at least two IT projects

involving:

• Logistics
• Warehouse enablement
• Warehouse technology
• Warehouse automation
• New warehouse/building implementations
• Strong project management experience in complex, cross-functional IT environments.
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of

SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM)

.

• Working knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, including:
• Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs)
• Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
• Conveyor systems
• Experience integrating

Warehouse Execution Systems (WES)

or

Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

with SAP EWM.

• Understanding of

network enablement requirements

for new building/warehouse implementations.

• Experience with IT project

budgeting, financial tracking, and cost management

.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the overall IT workstream for the warehouse implementation.
• Coordinate with

SAP, Infrastructure, Business teams, vendors, and delivery partners

.

• Track progress across individual project workstreams and functional/technical areas.
• Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and related reporting.
• Track project-phase deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate functional and technical analysts across multiple teams.
• Provide regular project status reporting to the

PMO and IT leadership

.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to lead and coordinate

functional and technical analysts

.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to business stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a complex implementation environment.

• Senior-level

with hands-on experience delivering warehouse/logistics technology projects.

• Strong
