**Job Title:** Graphic Designer

**Work location:** Plano, TX

• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
• Experience in B2B graphic design within the technology industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Strong hands\-on experience creating animations, motion graphics, and short\-form video content for digital and social channels.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands\-on experience with AI\-powered creative tools, with the ability to continuously experiment with new technologies and incorporate them into design workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Strong understanding of social media design trends and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring designs to life with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross\-functional teams.
