About Gather & Grow

Gather & Grow Therapy Services is a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming practice serving autistic and otherwise neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. Our occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and mental health therapists work together to provide individualized, strengths-based care that respects each client’s autonomy, identity, and goals.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to take an active role in helping our practice grow. Someone who brings ideas, follows through, and sees opportunities to improve services and strengthen connections with clients, families, and community partners.

As a small practice, each person’s contributions matter. We value clinicians who take initiative, communicate directly and respectfully, and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative team. We provide clinical autonomy, mentorship, and opportunities to help shape our services, and we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of those opportunities.

We welcome applicants of all neurotypes, identities, and backgrounds.
