About Gather & Grow
Looking for a clinic where your ideas are valued as much as your clinical skills? Gather & Grow Therapy is a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming practice providing high-quality services to autistic and otherwise neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.
Our interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, mental health therapists, advocates, and innovators is committed to challenging deficit-based models and creating meaningful, inclusive supports for the individuals and families we serve.
We believe the best therapy happens when clinicians have both autonomy and support. Our therapists are trusted to use their clinical judgment while having easy access to mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and leadership whenever they want another perspective. Team members also have opportunities to help develop innovative programs, resources, and community supports that make a lasting impact beyond the therapy room.
Because supporting our clients starts with supporting our team, we strive to create a workplace where clinicians feel valued, continue to grow, and can thrive both personally and professionally. Through flexible scheduling, professional development, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities to shape the future of our clinic, we aim to build an environment where every team member’s strengths and ideas matter.
As a neurodiversity-affirming practice, we recognize that some of the most impactful providers are neurodivergent themselves. We warmly encourage applicants of all neurotypes, identities, and backgrounds to apply.
