About Us
We’re a growing multispecialty practice offering care across a range of specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine surgery, and interventional pain medicine. Our approach is non-opioid. We focus on finding and treating the source of a patient’s pain through diagnostics, interventional procedures, and surgical care when it’s the right fit.
As an NP or PA on our team, you’ll be the first clinician many patients see. You’ll evaluate new patients, determine what’s going on, and guide them to the right specialist and treatment plan. You will work closely with our doctors and have a schedule that leaves room for your life.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- True work-life balance: Monday-Friday, no call, no weekends, no taking work home
- No opioid prescribing: Practice medicine focused on diagnosis, procedures, and function
- Autonomy with support: Make clinical decisions with a physician team always available to consult
- Variety: Work with a multispecialty team spanning orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine, interventional pain, and more
- Procedural growth: We’ll train you on trigger point and joint injections if you haven’t done them before
- A fun, supportive office culture where your input matters
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate new and established patients, obtaining thorough medical histories and performing focused physical exams
- Diagnose musculoskeletal, spine, and pain-related conditions
- Determine the most appropriate care pathway and direct patients to the right specialty within our practice
- Order and interpret imaging, labs, and other diagnostic tests, and communicate results to patients and physicians
- Educate patients on treatment options, including interventional procedures, and schedule them when appropriate
- Perform trigger point and joint injections, and assist physicians with interventional procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and consult with your supervising physician as needed
- Deliver respectful, high-quality care to every patient
- Follow safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
