As we expand, we remain committed to individualized, one-on-one care and strong patient relationships. Your role is to help patients move better, build strength, regain confidence, and return to the activities that matter to them.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate mobility, strength, function, and each patient's goals.
• Develop and progress individualized plans of care.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care using clinical judgment.
• Coordinate with GSTG colleagues to support continuity between visits.
• Complete clear, accurate, timely documentation.

What You Bring

• An active New Jersey physical therapy license.
• Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized care.
• Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a collaborative approach.
• Outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation experience is helpful.
