About this role
Build relationships. Lead a team. Help men feel like themselves again.
If you enjoy getting to know your patients, seeing their progress, and having a meaningful voice in the clinic you work in, we’d love to meet you.
Gameday Men’s Health Lewisville is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as our Clinic Director. This is a hands-on clinical role with the opportunity to lead a small team, help shape the patient experience, and grow with the clinic.
You’ll combine personalized patient care with clinical leadership in a modern, welcoming environment designed to make conversations about men’s health easier.
Care That Starts With Listening
Our patients are men balancing careers, families, and demanding lives—first responders working overnight shifts, veterans looking for answers, dads who have put their health last, and business owners running on empty.
Many have waited a long time to seek help. They want someone who takes their concerns seriously, explains their options clearly, and develops a practical plan.
Our concierge model gives you room for those conversations, without insurance billing or prior authorizations. You’ll help patients address concerns involving energy, sexual health, weight, and overall well-being—and build relationships through ongoing care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, physical exams, and follow-up visits.
- Evaluate symptoms, medical history, and laboratory results to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage appropriate therapies across testosterone replacement, weight management, sexual health, and other clinic services.
- Educate patients about treatment options, benefits, risks, costs, and realistic expectations.
- Support progress through guidance on sleep, nutrition, exercise, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
- Perform procedures and administer treatments within your training, credentials, and scope of practice.
- Lead and mentor medical assistants and collaborate with front-office staff to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Help strengthen patient follow-through, continuity of care, and clinic performance.
Clinical oversight and medical direction are provided by our Medical Director. You’ll bring your clinical judgment to treatment decisions within established protocols and applicable scope-of-practice requirements.
Who Will Thrive Here
You’re a clinician who enjoys both the science of medicine and the human side of care. You’re comfortable discussing sensitive topics, explaining recommendations, and helping patients feel at ease.
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Look beyond an individual lab value to understand the whole patient.
- Build trust through listening, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
- Use sound clinical judgment—including recommending against treatment when it isn’t appropriate.
- Discuss treatment costs confidently and respectfully, helping patients make informed decisions.
- Enjoy taking initiative, supporting teammates, and contributing ideas.
- Take pride in patient outcomes and want to help a growing clinic succeed.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- At least two years of experience practicing as an NP or PA.
- Active DEA registration.
- Strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and patient communication.
- Commitment to safe, ethical, patient-centered care.
Experience in men’s health is a plus. We also welcome candidates with a strong foundation in family medicine, primary care, urology, endocrinology, or a related field who are interested in focusing on men’s health.
Additional valuable experience includes:
- Testosterone replacement and hormone management.
- Medical weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.
- Erectile dysfunction evaluation and treatment.
- Intramuscular injections, PRP, or related procedures.
- Concierge or cash-pay healthcare.
- Team leadership and mentorship.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60–$65 per hour, plus monthly commissions and performance bonuses.
- Company-paid DEA registration, state professional license, and medical malpractice insurance.
- Part-time opportunity, with the potential to transition to full-time as the clinic grows.
- Opportunity to develop focused expertise in men’s health while taking a leading role in the clinic.
- Medical Director oversight and collaboration with a small clinic team.
- Full Medical, Dental and Vision benefits.
