Locations: Skowhegan, Augusta, Oakland, Hermon - Maine Schedule: Full-time preferred (but part-time works too!)

Who We Are

A unique provider whose mission is to improve the lives of children and adults with developmental delays, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Autism. GTS uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach with meaningful activities and skilled, trauma-informed staff to help clients maximize their independence and live their lives to the fullest.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our OT dream team, you’ll get to:

• Work 1:1 with awesome kiddos
• Use your clinical skills to support growth in daily living skills
• Track progress and celebrate wins
• Build treatment plans and help bring those plans to life
• Communicate with care, creativity, and collaboration

Whether you're an OT designing and evaluating treatment plans or delivering hands-on sessions — you’ll play a huge role in the lives of our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed OT in the state of Maine
• A positive, energetic personality
• Organized and proactive with documentation
• Able to work independently and shine as a team player
• Experience with children = a big plus!
• Must pass required background checks
