Senior Product Manager – Transaction Lifecycle Management
Location: New York City, NY
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 6–10 years of experience in Transaction Lifecycle Management to drive product initiatives and lead projects from requirements gathering through execution and delivery.
The role involves working closely with Managing Directors (MDs), directors, client partners at Mastercard and Visa, and internal technology and operations teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and solutions.
The ideal candidate should be a self-driven professional who can operate with minimal oversight, manage multiple stakeholders, drive alignment across teams, and ensure timely delivery of business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 10+ years of Experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or project delivery, preferably in transaction lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle processes, payment systems, and related business workflows.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders, client partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into actionable deliverables, and manage end-to-end project execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve dependencies, and drive delivery with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep stakeholders engaged and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with payment networks such as Mastercard and Visa.
- Exposure to internal transaction processing platforms, enterprise systems, and payment-related integrations.
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives across business, technology, operations, and external partners.
