We are seeking an

**Azure Cloud Systems Engineer**

in

**Suitland, MD**

to design, implement, and maintain enterprise Azure architecture supporting Zero Trust tools, identity services, and security monitoring platforms

**. **

**Primary Responsibilities:**

• Engineer Azure resource groups, subscriptions, networking, virtual machines, identity integrations, and cloud baselines.
• Design hybrid\-cloud integration supporting on\-premises and cloud\-based Zero Trust platforms.
• Provide cloud architecture documentation, diagrams, integration schemas, and operational support.
• Implement automation, monitoring, security baselines, and cloud compliance standards.

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, MIS, or in a related discipline with 8\+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6\+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 7\+ years Azure engineering experience, including automation and cloud\-native architectures.
• 5\+ years Cloud platform management, deployment, and monitoring (AWS, Azure).
• Skilled with PowerShell, Python, ARM/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting RMF and cloud security compliance.

**Required Certifications:**

• Active IAT or IAM Level II/III DoD approved 8570 baseline certification, such as Security\+ CE or CASP certification.
• Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect certification.

*Salary range is $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience. *
