FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Mission Bend is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist with up to two years of outpatient experience, who values one-on-one patient care, enjoys a collaborative team environment, and is interested in long-term growth. This is a part-time position at a newly established, owner-operated clinic featuring strong leadership, modern facilities, and a clear vision for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, movement, balance, and function
• Treat municipal employees and workers’ compensation patients and complete clear documentation
• Use specialty skills when applicable (pelvic health, sports, vestibular/balance)
• Update treatment plans based on patient progress and goals
• Complete accurate documentation that meets regulatory and payer requirements
• Teach patients and caregivers home exercises and self-care strategies
• Clinic Team Contribution
• Participate in staff meetings, community outreach, and occasional marketing initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $40 - $45/hr

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active or eligible Texas Physical Therapist license and necessary CE requirements
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and patient-centered
• Adhere to HIPAA, IDFPR regulations, and FYZICAL policies
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
