What We Offer
- Pay: $48-$60 per hour
- Schedule: Your choice of 40, 36, or 32 hours per week
- Time off: Paid time off plus 6 paid holidays each year

What Your Days Look Like
- Evaluating pelvic health and orthopedic conditions through thorough history-taking and hands-on examination
- Identifying movement dysfunction and physical impairments, then building individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals
- Treating a varied, complex caseload of male, female, and transgender clients
- Educating patients on pelvic floor anatomy, physiology, and self-management strategies
- Collaborating with urologists, gynecologists, neurologists, and other specialists
- Communicating clearly with patients, families, and the broader care team
- Planning discharges that help patients transition smoothly from clinic to home or community
- Keeping timely, accurate documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards
- Managing your own caseload and schedule
- Continuing to sharpen your skills through ongoing education
What You Bring
Required
- DPT (or a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program)
- Arizona Physical Therapy license
- Pelvic Floor Level 1 course completion
- CPR/BLS certification
Clinical skills
- Strong knowledge of pelvic floor anatomy and physiology
- Evaluation and diagnostic skills for movement dysfunction and pelvic floor conditions
- Manual therapy skills, including trigger point therapy for pelvic pain and dysfunction
- Evidence-based treatment planning
- Fluency in medical terminology across orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, and urology, plus proficiency with EHR/EMR systems
Personal qualities
- A trauma-informed approach, active listening, and comfort discussing sensitive health topics
- Confidence working with a diverse client population
- Self-motivation, strong organization, and the ability to work independently
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach that supports recovery and wellness
