Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across digital advertising, website design, branding, print marketing, and more.

This is an all-encompassing design role for someone with strong graphic design skills and proficiency in UI/UX and website design. You will work on a variety of client projects, collaborate with our internal teams, and communicate directly with clients throughout the creative process.

We are also interested in candidates who understand or have experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency and support their creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media advertising, digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
• Design website layouts and digital interfaces using UI/UX principles to create engaging, user-friendly experiences.
• Develop branding materials, logos, print advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Create and refine visual concepts that align with client goals, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Communicate with clients, present creative concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions.
• Collaborate with digital marketers, web developers, and account managers to deliver effective marketing solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail.
• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows and efficiency.

Our Must Haves

• Ability to work in our Jefferson City, MO office five days a week. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• At least two years of graphic design experience or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience with UI/UX principles and website design.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills across digital, web, branding, or print projects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Our Like to Haves

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to support design ideation, creative problem-solving, website and UI/UX design workflows, and overall efficiency.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other website platforms from a design perspective.
• Experience creating digital advertising assets, email graphics, or short-form video content.
• Experience using AI tools for design, ideation, image creation, or workflow efficiency.
• Previous experience working at a marketing agency or with multiple client brands.
