Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Own full‑cycle month‑end close across multiple entities
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain and analyze the general ledger with accuracy and consistency
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Review and process AP and other accounting operations as needed
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of accounting experience (corporate)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close processes
• Experience with multi‑entity accounting
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting systems
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
• A positive attitude and a team‑first mindset
