**Position Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated **Physical Therapist** to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide **high\-quality, one\-on\-one care** in a relaxed but clinically engaging outpatient setting.

You will play a key role in helping patients achieve their highest functional level through individualized treatment plans and evidence\-based rehabilitation strategies.

Our patient population includes general orthopedics, geriatrics, adolescents, post\-surgical rehab, spine conditions (operative and non\-operative), and sports medicine.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide hands\-on treatment and exercise\-based rehabilitation
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide well\-rounded patient care
• Promote patient education and functional independence

**Qualifications**

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• **MA Physical Therapy License** (or evidence of submission of a complete and accepted application for licensure by examination)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients and work in a collaborative environment
• Ability to handle physical demands of outpatient treatment
• **Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply**

**Schedule \& Work Environment**

• **Full\-time: 40 hours/week**
• **No weekends or holidays**
• **Half\-day Fridays**
• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
