Who We Are

Marshfield Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated outpatient rehabilitation clinic that has proudly served the South Shore community since 2016, as part of MK Rehabilitation, LLC, established in 2003.

Our continued growth led us to expand into a brand-new, approximately 2,500-square-foot clinic in 2025, featuring modern treatment areas, updated equipment, and a spacious rehabilitation environment.

Conveniently located next to Star Market in Marshfield, our new facility was designed to support excellent patient care and a comfortable working environment for our therapists.

Unlike large corporate therapy chains, we focus on providing individualized patient care while maintaining a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable workplace.

We treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic injuries, sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, spine conditions, adolescents, and older adults.

We're continuing to grow and are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who wants to be part of a practice where quality care and professional satisfaction matter.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive clinical team.
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional improvements.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Massachusetts PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to excellent patient care.
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive clinic culture.
