Staff Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Staff Accountant for the upcoming tax season, and possibly year round, full or part time for the right individual. Some remote work possible depending on experience.

The candidate will have proven ability to do corporate and individual income tax returns. Partnership returns would be helpful. Bookkeeping is a small part of the position.

If year round, there will be some client meetings.

College degree in accounting or finance (substitute experience), efficient with Quickbooks and Quickbooks online. Ability to work independently and problem solve. UltraTax experience helpful.

This position does involve client contact directly by applicant.

Hours are very flexible to the right candidate.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
