Pediatric Physical Therapist

Foundations Pediatric Therapy LLC is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated therapists to join our growing Early Intervention team!

We provide family-centered therapy services to infants and toddlers, birth to age 3, through Kentucky's Early Intervention Services.

We are looking for professionals who enjoy working independently, building meaningful relationships with families, and helping young children reach their developmental milestones all while having the support of a great team!

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, family-centered Early Intervention services.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other Early Intervention professionals.
• Develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies within everyday routines.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with KEIS guidelines
• Participate in IFSP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Appropriate professional degree, credentials, and Kentucky licensure or certification for the position.
• Eligibility to provide services through KEIS program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
• Previous pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred but not required.
