We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and ensure compliance across all aspects of employment. This role is vital in shaping our organizational culture, developing HR policies, and guiding the HR team to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in employment law, and a data-driven approach to HR management.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace environment while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the HR department, aligning HR goals with overall business objectives.
• Oversee employment and labor law compliance to ensure the organization adheres to all relevant legal requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote best practices and legal compliance.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure HR legal compliance across all functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Utilize analytics to assess workforce trends, improve HR processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality, promoting a positive organizational culture.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Stay informed on industry trends and changes in employment law to proactively adapt policies and practices.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HR leader or director with a strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in developing long-term HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Proficiency in HR analytics tools and data interpretation to inform decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Prior experience managing complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
