PT Nurse Practitioner Monday and Wednesday

Part Time position available 2 days a week for a NYS licensed nurse practitioner in our Massapequa physical medicine wellness office on Mondays and Fridays 10am-7pm. Candidate works with other clinicians as part of a team and performs basic clearance evaluations and administers IM trigger point injections. No experience needed will train.

Right candidate can start immediately. Salary $70-$75 per hour depending on experience. Send CV for immediate consideration.
